END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR ROBOPOL NESTING & PACKING

IMPORTANT: READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING ROBOPOL NESTING & PACKING DESKTOP. INSTALLATION, COPYING, ACTIVATION, OR USE OF THE PROGRAM SIGNIFIES ACCEPTANCE OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE PROGRAM.

1. PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM
RoboPol Nesting & Packing is software for preparing, validating, and optimizing supported rectangular and irregular 2D nesting orders and 3D box packing orders. The Program includes the desktop application, compiled solver components, updates, documentation, and local runtime components. It does not provide CNC toolpaths or certify a manufacturing, transport, or safety decision.

2. DEFINITIONS
2.1 "Free Edition" means the edition available without a paid activation, subject to the quantity and type limits described below and in the product documentation.
2.2 "Professional License" means a paid license permitting Professional features during its License Term, subject to the license's activation allowance.
2.3 "License Term" means the paid license's validity period. Unless the purchase confirmation or a separate written agreement states otherwise, Professional is issued for one year. The expiration recorded by the license authority is authoritative.
2.4 "License Provider" means the person or entity identified at the end of this EULA.
2.5 "Activation" means association of a license with a desktop installation or online browser activation in the Nesting license registry.

3. GRANT OF LICENSE
3.1 Free Edition: You may use the Free Edition subject to this EULA and its documented limits. Calculations allow up to 50 nesting parts or 100 packing boxes, 10 item types, and 2 stock or container types per order. The limits apply to the total requested quantity, not just the number of rows.
3.2 Professional: During the License Term you receive a non-transferable license to use Professional features for personal, internal organizational, or commercial purposes. Professional removes the Free Edition's commercial quantity limits; supported solver contracts and technical limits still apply.
3.3 Unless the license record, purchase confirmation, or separate written agreement states otherwise, one license permits one active activation. Online and desktop activations share that allowance. An explicitly increased allowance belongs only to the relevant license.
3.4 You may not share a license key beyond its activation allowance. Deactivation and reactivation remain subject to the license authority's policy.
3.5 Expiration, revocation, or failure to refresh a desktop activation can return calculation rights to the Free Edition. This does not grant a new license term or delete saved orders. Orders exceeding Free limits may remain stored, but calculations must meet the currently applicable rights.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.1 The Program is licensed, not sold. The License Provider reserves all rights in its own software and documentation not expressly granted here.
4.2 You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or provide purchased licenses to others without a separate written agreement. Do not remove copyright, trademark, or license notices.
4.3 Except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Program's protected proprietary components.
4.4 Third-party software remains subject to its own licenses. THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt accompanies the desktop distribution. This EULA does not limit rights independently granted by those third-party licenses.

5. ACTIVATION AND OFFLINE USE
5.1 Paid desktop features require online activation at the License Provider's authority. Licenses are issued on the Provider's server; the desktop contains only the public verification key.
5.2 The Program stores a local signed certificate, installation identifier, device name, and license display information for activation and license validation. Activation and refresh send the information needed to associate and validate that installation with the authority.
5.3 An activated desktop must successfully refresh its certificate within the existing hard 30-day refresh period. There is no additional offline grace period after that deadline. The certificate and paid license must also remain valid and unrevoked.
5.4 You may not forge, tamper with, bypass, or interfere with activation certificates, installation identity, quantity limits, or license validation.
5.5 The License Provider may revoke or refuse renewal if a license is obtained fraudulently, shared beyond its allowance, or used in breach of this EULA.

6. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
6.1 The License Provider is not obligated to provide support or updates for the Free Edition.
6.2 Professional users may receive support and updates when the License Provider releases them. Additional commitments require a purchase confirmation or separate written agreement.
6.3 Updates can change functionality, documentation, license checks, or compatibility requirements. Continued use is subject to the accompanying EULA. An updated agreement is presented for acceptance when applicable.

7. DATA AND RESULTS
7.1 You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, units, dimensions, quantities, rotations, and other constraints of entered or imported orders.
7.2 Layouts, packing plans, utilization statistics, validation reports, exports, and other results require independent review before use in manufacturing, purchasing, transport, safety, or business decisions. The Program does not guarantee that an optimization result is the global optimum or suitable for a particular operation.
7.3 You are responsible for backups of projects, exports, settings, and license information. Local desktop projects are stored on your device; activation does not provide an online backup of those projects.

8. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
8.1 Functionality is described by the accompanying documentation for the declared supported operating systems and runtime requirements. The place of warranty application is the License Provider's seat.
8.2 The License Provider is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, unsupported systems, damaged or modified files, incompatible software, antivirus interference, or hardware and network conditions outside its control.
8.3 Except where prohibited by applicable law, the License Provider is not liable for damage caused by incorrect input, interpretation of results, production downtime, lost profit, lost opportunity, lost data, or decisions based solely on Program output.
8.4 Except where prohibited by applicable law, uninterrupted or error-free operation and fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed. Nothing in this EULA excludes mandatory rights under applicable law.

9. TERMINATION
9.1 Rights to paid features end when the License Term expires or when the license is validly revoked. The Free Edition remains subject to this EULA.
9.2 Rights under this EULA terminate if you breach its terms. Upon termination, stop using the affected features and, if requested by the License Provider, deactivate or uninstall the Program.

10. LANGUAGE
10.1 This English agreement is adapted from the License Provider's existing RoboPol Production Scheduler desktop agreement for the Nesting & Packing product and its Free/Professional policy.
